We are pleased to offer a refund on returned unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) days of receiving your order. We will be more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with ! ALL Lace Me Latron Extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging , and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be accepted and no refund or exchange will be granted . We do not offer returns or exchanges of the Lace Me Latron hair seal on the bundle or wig has been broken !
